Return Policy
At Golden Threads Apparel, we hope that you love every item that you purchase! We know that some times your pieces just don’t work out. In the chance that this happens, please note that we are happy to accept your returned items for an exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not issue cash refunds for returned items. Please note that you will have 30 days to get items returned from the date of purchase. When your item is returned, it will be thoroughly inspected for all tags, no visible unreported damages, and should look/smell brand new. Once all of those criteria are met, we will complete your exchange or issue your store credit. If you still have questions please reach out to us at anytime.
